Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Florida to lead day-to-day retail operations for Green Dragon stores.

You will drive excellent customer experiences, ensure policy compliance, and manage a motivated team in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on coaching, and the ability to maintain stock, schedules, and store standards while adhering to all regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a retail store environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent customer service.
• Reliable, professional, and trustworthy with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing, with full daily coverage (2 Fridays and 2 Saturdays per month).
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by training staff and resolving inquiries.
• Maintain product knowledge and train the team on store offerings.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain the compliance binder.
• Oversee POS system use, cash handling, safe audits, and discounts approval.
• Coach and motivate staff, conduct appraisals, and communicate performance issues to HR.
