Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. seeks a Budtender for our Florida stores, including Boynton Beach, to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and help customers choose products in a compliant, well-merchandised environment.

You’ll greet customers, answer questions, process orders, and support inventory and merchandising while upholding company policies and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. This in-person role requires reliability, cash handling accuracy, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• In-person customer service experience is essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Availability for 8-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the store.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers; provide high levels of service.
• Assist customers in-store and over the phone; process online orders accurately.
• Encourage sales via product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Use the POS system and follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintain compliance with policies and training binder.
• Assist with inventory and merchandising; keep area stocked and neat.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and signage accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Contribute to a positive, customer-focused atmosphere.
