Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly, welcoming experience and assist as needed.
• Support cash handling and transaction procedures; participate in daily cash reconciliation.
• Assist with returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth process.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and collaborate on improvements from customer feedback.
• Support inventory management and report trends to the team.
• Assist the Store Director and Assistant Manager in day-to-day operations without direct supervisory duties.
