Job summary

Fine Fettle seeks a Retail Team Lead to support the General Manager in managing dispensary operations. You will supervise staff, oversee customer experience, and help maintain smooth floor flow while responding to issues in real time.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, accuracy, and a customer‑centric approach in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting. Experience in retail and cannabis knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail environments preferred.
• Ability to operate POS systems and inventory software.
• Must meet state licensing and background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to deliver a distinctive patient and customer experience.
• Assist customers with cannabis product selections and dosing guidance.
• Lead cash handling on the floor and in back of house, manage cash procedures.
• Open and close procedures; support training of agents on SOPs.
• Conduct POS audits and ensure accurate cash handling.
