This role blends customer service with education and operations, requiring accurate data entry, cash handling, and a commitment to compliance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Marijuana knowledge a bonus.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Can legally work in the United States - all documentation required.
• Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have no scheduling restrictions.
• Employment offers contingent on background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through product selections.
• Enter customer information into database systems to verify eligibility for purchase.
• Complete all sales and duties per SOP.
• Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge.
• Handle cash and debit transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Maintain organized store and teamwork to meet compliance goals.
• Perform nightly inventory counts.
• Work on special projects as assigned.
