Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead to help operate our Denver-based Starbuds location with a focus on exceptional customer service and efficient store management.

You will partner with the Store Director and Assistant Manager to ensure policy adherence, smooth daily workflows, and a memorable customer experience. This non-supervisory role supports cash handling, inventory, and team collaboration in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide a friendly, welcoming experience and assist customers.
• Handle cash procedures, reconciliations, and transactions.
• Maintain organized store environment and assist with returns/exchanges.
• Support inventory organization and restocking efforts.
• Collaborate with team to implement improvements based on feedback.
