This non-supervisory role supports the Store Director and Assistant Manager in enforcing policies and procedures while keeping the customer at the center of every interaction.

You’ll handle cash with accuracy, assist customers with product guidance, and help manage inventory and promotions, all while contributing to a fast-paced team focused on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.
• Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, welcoming customer service and product guidance.
• Assist with returns and exchanges and maintain a clean store.
• Train team on cash handling and support daily reconciliations.
• Support inventory organization and restocking; monitor inventory levels.
• Assist in promotional activities and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the Store Director and Assistant Manager to uphold policies.
