Job summary

Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain seeks a Shift Lead to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service at our Louisville, CO location. The role supports the Store Director and Assistant Manager in adhering to policies while enhancing the customer experience.

As a non-supervisory shift lead, you will handle cash procedures, assist with inventory, and foster a welcoming environment for guests. Prior retail or cannabis knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed.
• Offer product information and guidance, answering questions and helping customers find suitable product.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, striving to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements based on customer feedback. Assist with returns and exchanges, ensuring a hassle-free process for customers.
• Lead cash handling procedures and assist in daily cash reconciliation and reporting.
• Support inventory organization and restocking to maintain product availability.
• Assist in ensuring store policies and procedures are followed consistently.
