Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21 years of age or older required.
• Cannabis knowledge a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in cash handling and math calculations
• Reliable, punctual, with strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly, welcoming experience and assist as needed.
• Handle cash and transactions; participate in daily cash reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment for an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Assist with returns and exchanges to ensure a hassle-free process.
• Support inventory organization and restocking; report trends and issues.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes based on feedback.
