Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead to ensure smooth store operations in our Denver LIVWell location. You will partner with the Store Director and Assistant Manager to maintain policy adherence while elevating the customer experience.

This non-supervisory role emphasizes service, accuracy in cash handling, and inventory discipline in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. High school diploma required; 21+; strong work ethic and reliability expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, informative customer service and guidance.
• Assist with store policies and daily operations alongside Store Director.
• Support cash handling, transactions, and cash reconciliation.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and store cleanliness.
• Assist with returns and exchanges to ensure smooth processes.
