Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain looks for a Shift Lead at our Denver location to ensure smooth store operations, exceptional customer service, and adherence to policies. You will support the Store Director and Assistant Manager, balancing policy compliance with a memorable shopping experience for customers.

The role focuses on leading customer interactions, cash handling, inventory organization, and collaboration with the team to optimize store performance in a fast-paced cannabis retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed.
• Offer product information and guidance, helping customers find suitable products.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements based on feedback.
• Assist with returns and exchanges for a hassle-free process.
• Train staff on proper cash handling and transaction procedures.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting.
• Collaborate with inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Assist in implementing in-store promotions and manage inventory.
