Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead at our Fort Collins LivWell location. You will ensure smooth store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and support the Store Director with policy adherence and efficiency.

The role focuses on customer experience, cash handling, and inventory management, with a non-supervisory structure. The team emphasizes HEART values and a commitment to performance in a fast-paced cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience.
• Offer product information and guidance to help customers choose products.
• Address inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Collaborate with team to implement improvements based on feedback.
• Assist with returns and exchanges for a hassle-free process.

• Assist in daily cash reconciliation and reporting.
