Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience and assist as needed.
• Offer product information, guidance, and help customers find suitable products.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and assist with returns/exchanges.
• Support cash handling procedures and daily cash reconciliation with the team.
• Assist in inventory organization and participate in promotions and stock checks.
