Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed
• Offer product information and guidance, answering questions and helping customers find suitable product
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, striving to ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create an enjoyable shopping experience
• Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements based on customer feedback
• Assist with returns and exchanges, ensuring a hassle-free process for customers
• Support the team in training staff on proper cash handling and transaction procedures
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting
• Collaborate with the finance department to enhance cash flow and financial efficiency
• Participate in routine cash register audits
• Assist in refining cash handling procedures
• Help colleagues with advanced cash register functionalities
• Contribute to maintaining product quality and safety standards
• Support organization of products for restocking and accessibility
• Collaborate with inventory management to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Assist in implementing in-store promotions and sales strategies
• Monitor supply chain performance and identify process improvements
• Analyze product trends and customer preferences
