Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead for our EveryDay Weed location in Denver. You will help ensure smooth store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and support the Store Director and Assistant Manager in enforcing policies and procedures.

The role emphasizes cash handling, inventory control, and a reliable, fast-paced work approach in a compliant cannabis environment. MED badge eligibility is required or pursued as part of this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed.
• Offer product information and guidance, answering questions and helping customers find suitable product.
