Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead for our Clovis, NM store. You will support the Store Director and Assistant Manager, ensure policy adherence, provide excellent customer service, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced dispensary.

This full-time role emphasizes cash handling, inventory, and customer experience. Must have a high school diploma, be 21+, and bring strong communication and reliability; cannabis product knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service (40%): Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assist as needed, offer product information, answer questions, help customers find suitable products, address inquiries, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Cash Handling and Transactions (25%): Support cash handling training, perform daily cash reconciliation, collaborate with finance, participate in cash register audits, refine procedures, and assist with advanced cash register functionalities.
• Inventory Management (15%): Maintain product quality and safety standards, organize products for restocking, ensure accurate inventory levels, assist in promotions, monitor supply chain and identify improvement opportunities.
