Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Shift Supervisor for its Retail department to support the General Manager and Assistant Managers, motivate the team, and oversee daily operations. You will ensure compliance with state regulations, lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, and help drive sales to meet daily targets.

The role requires strong leadership, cash handling experience, and the ability to train staff in state-specific SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service, is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervisory and lead responsibilities in the retail setting to support the General Manager and Assistant Managers.
• Provide management and administrative support to the General Manager and Assistant Managers.
• Lead by example in providing strong customer service and driving sales to meet daily sales goals.
• Manage payroll and control expenses such as shrink and cash shortages.
• Adhere to cannabis state-specific regulations and SOPs; enforce compliance.
• Assist with training and development of staff and mentor associates.
