Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Shift Supervisor in its Retail department to motivate and mentor team members, creating a welcoming dispensary environment and helping achieve daily sales goals while ensuring compliance with cannabis laws and company policies. You will supervise, train, and support staff, manage cash handling, payroll, and expenses, and maintain positive team dynamics.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, 21+ and an Associate degree preferred;

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred and 21+ years old.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership and confidentiality skills.
• Flexible, energetic, detail-oriented and able to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervisory duties in retail to support the General Manager and Assistants.
• Provide management and administrative support to leadership.
• Drive sales to meet daily goals with excellent customer service.
• Manage payroll and control expenses such as shrink and cash shortages.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations and company policies.
• Lead staff training and maintain positive team dynamics.
• Balance cash registers and perform standard cash handling duties.
