Job summary

Trulieve is a fast-growing cannabis company seeking a Shift Supervisor to support management, mentor retail staff, and ensure compliance with state laws. You will manage daily operations, drive sales, and uphold high customer service standards.

Applicants should have supervisory and cash handling experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment. 21+ and background checks required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a retail or similar setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervisory and lead responsibilities in the retail setting to support the General Manager and Assistant Managers.
• Provide management and administrative support to the General Manager and Assistant Managers.
• Lead by example in providing strong customer service and driving sales to meet daily sales goals.
• Manage payroll and control expenses such as shrink and cash shortages.
• Adhere to all cannabis state-specific regulations and laws, enforce compliance efforts.
• Support and partner with management on all functions of the business.
• Open and close procedures and basic staff supervision.
• Handle customer and employee issues, returns, exchanges, complaints, and compliments.
• Train staff on SOPs and product knowledge.
• Balance cash registers and cash handling duties.
