Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Retail store. The role supports the General Manager and oversees daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience while maintaining compliance with all regulations.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, prior retail management, cash handling experience, and strong interpersonal skills. The position offers up to 40 hours weekly with evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• Able to communicate in conversational English and operate basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel and daily operations.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with state-specific regulations.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team to meet service standards.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory and handle patient issues and escalations.
