Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its retail department. The role will assist management in overseeing store operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining brand standards, coaching staff, and resolving patient issues.

The position requires a high school diploma, cash handling experience, and preferably retail management experience. The role involves working up to 40 hours weekly with evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidentiality.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily operation of the store.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Open/close procedures and supervise staff.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Review and ensure compliance with company SOPs and communicate changes to employees.
• Coach and develop team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor store inventory and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners and ensure confidentiality.
