Trulieve, a leading cannabis retailer, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the General Manager in daily store operations and staff leadership. You will drive KPI performance and ensure a smooth, compliant customer experience.

The role requires a High School Diploma, cash handling experience, and strong English communication. Expect up to 40 hours weekly with evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in retail or customer service management is preferred.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in conversational English with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily operation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional customer experience.
• Open/close procedures and supervise staff and retail processes.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships.
