Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the General Manager and assist in mentoring retail staff. You will drive customer service excellence, ensure adherence to state regulations, and help manage daily sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee cash handling, payroll-related tasks, and training of new associates while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere and high team morale.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree preferred.
• Experience in cash handling is required.
• Previous retail and/or customer service management is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to train and supervise staff and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise retail team and support General Manager and Assistant Managers.
• Provide management and administrative support to leadership.
• Lead by example to deliver strong customer service and sales goals.
• Adhere to state cannabis regulations and ensure compliance.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and staff supervision.
