Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is hiring a Shift Lead at our R. Greenleaf location in Carlsbad, NM. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, cash handling, and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, welcoming customer experience and assist as needed.
• Offer product information and guidance to help customers find products.
• Address inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Assist with returns and exchanges for a hassle-free process.
• Train staff on cash handling and transaction procedures.
• Support daily cash reconciliation and reporting.
• Collaborate with inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
