Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead for our Carlsbad, NM location. You will support the Store Director and Assistant Manager to ensure policies, procedures, and operations run smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail cannabis environment.

As a non-supervisory Shift Lead, you will play a pivotal role in daily store operations, cash handling, inventory support, and customer experience initiatives, contributing to the overall success

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed.
• Offer product information and guidance, answering questions and helping customers find suitable products.
