Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain store efficiency.
• Assist Store Director and Assistant Manager in policy adherence and operations.
• Maintain a harmonious balance of adherence to policies and operational guidelines.
• Contribute to promotion and sales initiatives and restocking processes.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes based on feedback.
• Handle returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth customer experience.
