Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Traveling Shift Lead to support our R. Greenleaf location in Carlsbad, New Mexico.

You will help the Store Director and Assistant Manager maintain policies, procedures, and a high standard of customer service while ensuring smooth daily operations. This non-supervisory role requires a high school diploma, being 21+, strong cash handling and math skills, and thoughtful communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed.
• Offer product information and guidance, answering questions and helping customers find suitable products.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, striving to ensure their satisfaction.
