Curaleaf in Carle Place, NY is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our brand, helping customers explore cannabis products and delivering top‑tier service with every interaction. You’ll create a welcoming, informative, inclusive guest experience and showcase what makes Curaleaf special.

Greet guests, build genuine connections, upsell, and process transactions at the register while staying compliant and accurate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
