Job summary

Curaleaf in Wayne, PA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our brand and guide customers through our cannabis products with friendly, expert service.

You will greet guests, build connections, upsell, enroll in rewards, and help keep the store compliant, clean, and well stocked. A high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role, plus POS cash handling experience, are required. Flexible shifts include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnight shifts.

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Build connections with customers and offer personalized product advice.
• Address concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Encourage loyalty by enrolling guests in rewards programs.
