Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our brand and guide customers through our cannabis products with friendly, knowledgeable service.

This role emphasizes creating a welcoming, inclusive experience and meeting daily sales goals. You’ll work with the team in a fast-paced retail setting, handling POS transactions and staying informed about promotions and product updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months in customer-facing or sales role.
• 6+ months using POS systems and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Build connections and offer personalized product advice.
• Resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Encourage loyalty by enrolling guests in rewards programs.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, follow procedures and regs.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized store and backroom.
