Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Tampa to be the face of the brand, helping guests explore cannabis products and delivering top-tier service. You will engage customers, manage transactions, and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere with strong product knowledge.

This role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and upselling; a high school diploma or GED and 6 months of customer-facing or POS experience are required. Weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• Minimum 6 months of POS and cash-handling experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure a great experience.
• Provide product recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Process transactions accurately at the register and manage cash.
• Open/close shift duties and maintain store standards.
• Stay informed on promotions and product updates to assist guests.
