Job summary

Curaleaf in North Fort Myers is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our brand, helping guests explore cannabis products and delivering top-tier service. You will greet customers, upsell, process transactions, and sign guests up for rewards while maintaining store standards.

We require a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months in a customer-facing role, and comfortable with POS systems. Availability 15–25 hours, including weekends and holidays, is a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• At least 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Upsell complementary items and promote rewards programs.
• Process transactions accurately at the register and update customer profiles.
• Maintain clean, organized store and assist with inventory tasks as needed.
• Stay updated on promotions and product updates to help customers find the right fit.
