Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, helping customers explore cannabis products and delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced store. You will greet guests, upsell products, and contribute to a welcoming environment while maintaining compliance and accuracy at the register.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer-facing or POS experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months customer-facing or sales experience.
• 6+ months experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven retail environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Build genuine connections and offer personalized product advice.
• Address concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures and regulations.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and operations smooth, including online orders.
