Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, guide product choices, and process transactions in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting. You’ll contribute to a welcoming, informative experience, upsell products, and help drive daily sales goals while maintaining compliance and high service standards.

Weekend availability and strong communication are essential. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months in customer-facing sales, and experience with POS

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role, delivering high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Minimum 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities
