You will support a welcoming, informative shopping experience, upsell products, and build trust with guests while working with a dynamic team. Strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• At least 6 months of POS experience and cash handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Build genuine connections, ask questions, and offer personalized product advice.
• Address concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Encourage loyalty by enrolling guests in rewards programs.

• Open/close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures and regulations.
