C3 Industries, a multi-state cannabis company, is hiring a Store Manager for the High Profile Cannabis Shop in Missouri. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure top-tier customer experiences while upholding regulatory standards.

You will schedule staff, oversee training, handle cash controls, and collaborate with HR on hiring and performance management. Must be 21+, pass background checks, and obtain state licenses as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years retail management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and POS systems; METRC or BioTrack preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance with focus on sales growth, efficiency and profitability while delivering premier customer service.
• Monitor KPIs and reports on sales, customer satisfaction and inventory to drive growth.
• Oversee training, scheduling, cash handling and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with local/state laws and licensing requirements.
