Embarc seeks an experienced, self-motivated Sales and Operations Manager for our cannabis dispensary in Chico, CA. The role oversees Customer Experience and Sales Initiatives while managing store operations, inventory, and staff, ensuring compliance with policies and state regulations.

The ideal candidate will lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment, drive sales, and maintain high standards of service and operational excellence. Evening and weekend shifts are required as needed.

Formación

• Proven track record of using training resources to drive exceptional customer experience and sales.
• Experience with TreezPOS system.
• At least two years of management or supervisory experience in retail or operations.
• Experience with computerized inventory and compliance systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the customer experience and sales initiatives on the sales floor.
• Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Mentor, train, and coach team members to foster learning and accountability.
• Oversee inventory processes including counts, pricing, transfers, and recalls.
• Ensure adherence to state regulations and company policies.
