Embarc seeks a full-time Sales and Operations Lead to drive customer experience and sales while managing store operations at our Colusa location. You will lead the team, oversee inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.

Responsibilities include optimizing customer interactions, supervising daily operations, and coaching staff to achieve targets. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and a commitment to community engagement in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to manage inventory and ensure compliance.
• Proficient with retail systems and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead the front-of-house team to create an exceptional customer experience and exceed sales goals.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
• Train and coach staff, enforce policies, and uphold core values.
• Support inventory management, counts, pricing, transfers, recalls, and compliance.
• Ensure safety and compliance with state regulations and company policies.
