Job summary

Embarc seeks an experienced, self-motivated Sales and Operations Manager for our cannabis dispensary. This full-time role oversees Customer Experience and Sales Initiatives while managing store operations, leading the team, and supporting inventory.

The position requires leadership, compliance with state regulations, and a passion for community engagement. Proficiency with Treez POS and inventory systems is a plus; evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

Proven track record of driving exceptional customer experience and sales.
Experience with Treez POS system.
At least two years of management or supervisory experience in retail or operations.
Experience with computerized inventory and compliance systems.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead front of house to exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction.
Engage with customers, train staff, and champion product knowledge.
Ensure store operations compliance, cash handling, and merchandising.
Maintain METRC and inventory accuracy with regular audits and cycle counts.
Oversee inventory, pricing, transfers, recalls, stocking, and vendor relationships.
