Embarc is seeking a strong Sales and Operations Lead for our Fresno, CA cannabis store. The role combines leadership of the sales floor with store operations, inventory, and compliance responsibilities. You will oversee front-of-house activities, coach a team, and drive sales while ensuring excellent customer experiences.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with staff and vendors.
• Deep understanding of customer experience and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Engage with customers on the sales floor, answer questions and recommend products.
• Champion brand education and product knowledge training.
• Drive selling behaviors to achieve sales metrics and employee performance goals.
• Build customer retention through loyalty programs and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor customer reviews and coordinate with management on responses.
• Supervise daily store operations, opening/closing, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations; maintain METRC and POS records.
