Embarc, a cannabis dispensary, is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Sales and Operations Lead to guide a front-of-house team and manage store operations. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales goals, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

You will supervise opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and METRC/POS duties, while coaching staff and driving community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer experience and exceed sales goals.
• Engage customers on the sales floor, answer questions, and recommend products.
• Coach and develop team, ensuring accountability and learning culture.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and merchandising; ensure compliance.
• Maintain METRC and POS records; support audits and cycle counts.
• Assist with inventory management including intake, counts, pricing, transfers, recalls, stocking, and compliance.
