Embarc is opening a new Colusa location and seeks a full-time Sales and Operations Lead to guide the team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role emphasizes leadership, organization, and strict regulatory compliance in a dynamic cannabis retail setting.

You will supervise daily operations, mentor staff, manage inventory with METRC and POS systems, and collaborate with management on training and community engagement. Evening/weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cannabis retail operations and compliance.
• Familiarity with METRC and store inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations and exceed sales goals.
• Engage customers, recommend products, and train staff.
• Drive brand education, merchandising, and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor reviews and participate in community engagement.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and compliance.
• Support inventory intake, counts, transfers, and recalls.
• Ensure adherence to state regulations and company policies.
