Cresco Labs, operating Sunnyside dispensaries, seeks a Wellness Advisor to guide customers in selecting cannabis products while upholding state regulations. You will deliver consultative service from check-in through checkout, emphasizing accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Shifts may include opening/closing, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent customer service and ability to engage customers.
• Ability to learn technical and product information in a consultative manner.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds (100 with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs.
• Assist in product selection with education on cannabis products.
• Apply selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers.
• Process orders accurately in POS and ensure timely dispenses.
• Maintain records and inventory, organize stock.
• Support store cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Escalate issues to management.
