Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality experience (2+ years).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Interest in cannabinoids and product usage.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with office equipment and basic software (Word, Excel, email).
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local cannabis laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Handle product pickup from vault and support Cannabis Advisors.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage.
• Open and close store as directed by AGM or GM.
• Maintain accurate POS and state inventory records.
• Process transactions and cash handling under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with local/state regulations.
