Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking an Agent in-Charge to deliver outstanding customer service and provide educational guidance in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting. The role includes inventory duties, POS transactions, and cash handling while supporting Cannabis Advisors.

Expect regular shifts, weekend availability, and ongoing cannabis education. This position contributes to a compliant, organized store environment under Verano’s Zen Leaf and MÜV banners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to use office equipment and software (Word, Excel, email).
• Understand Federal, State, and local cannabis laws and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers with a positive attitude.
• Assist in inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies to leadership.
• Handle product from vault and support Cannabis Advisors.
• Educate customers on cannabis as a wellness product.
• Open/close store as directed by AGM/GM.
• Verify product tagging and necessary paperwork.
• Support Inventory Manager with reconciliation in state tracking and POS.
• Confirm online orders are complete and accurate prior to pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and storefront.
• Complete POS transactions and manage cash drops as directed.
