Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking an Agent in-Charge to deliver exceptional customer service, educate customers, and manage patient records as directed by the AGM. The role includes 30% inventory duties and maintaining accurate records in state tracking and POS systems.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, assisting Cannabis Advisors, handling cash with accuracy, and helping customers understand cannabis products while complying with all local and state regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Flexibility to accommodate scheduling demands including some weekends, regularly scheduled shifts, and applicable holidays.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software, i.e., Word, Excel, email, etc.
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and education to customers and patients.
• Assist in inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies to leadership.
• Handle cash transactions and daily payouts as directed.
• Open and close the store as directed by AGM/GM.
• Support Cannabis Advisors with product questions and POS system inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and storefront.
• Ensure online orders are accurate prior to pickup and verify proper tagging of cannabis products.
