You will work closely with store leadership to greet customers, verify orders, manage cash, and maintain compliance with state regulations while ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application.
• Flexibility to accommodate scheduling including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and software.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Assist with regular inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Handle product from vault and assist Cannabis Advisors.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their uses as wellness aids.
• Open and close store as directed by AGM or GM.
• Maintain accurate records in state tracking and POS systems.
• Verify online orders and ensure accurate pick-up.
• Process cash transactions and daily payouts as directed.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation and store front.
• Ensure compliance with all local/state regulations.
