You will oversee Patient Care Coordinators, supervise daily store workflows, handle customer service issues, and partner with the dispensary manager to maintain smooth operations. Formación

• Must have a college degree.
• 3+ years of direct employee management experience.
• 2+ years of leadership in a retail or customer service environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, patients, and health care providers.
• Passionate about medical cannabis and willing to learn about products.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets and build loyalty.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage replenishment.
• Monitor labor and material costs to maximize profitability.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders within the cannabis supply chain.
• Use data analysis and reporting tools to assess performance.
• Develop marketing tactics to increase sales.
• Lead and develop the team; address HR concerns.
• Work up to 55 hours per week.
