Vireo Health, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to lead our growing Green Goods dispensary. You will oversee Patient Care Coordinators, streamline daily operations, and drive exceptional patient experiences.

The role demands strong leadership, a passion for cannabis education, and the ability to build a high-performing team. You’ll work up to 55 hours weekly, develop sales strategies, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of direct employee management experience.
• 2+ years leadership in a retail or customer service environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to become knowledgeable about medical cannabis.
• Ability to work up to 55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage retail operations including sales, customer service, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets and build loyalty.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage replenishment.
• Monitor labor and material costs to maximize profitability.
• Interface with stakeholders within the cannabis supply chain.
• Develop and maintain site quality metrics and drive efficiency.
• Utilize data analysis to assess performance and guide decisions.
• Provide training and development for the store team.
• Address HR concerns and foster a positive work environment.
