Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a General Manager for our Boulder dispensary. You will oversee all aspects of operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold regulatory compliance to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Lead a high-performing team, develop staff schedules, monitor budgets, and maintain store merchandising. This role requires strong leadership, cannabis industry experience, and a commitment to HEART values in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years retail management experience.
• Retail management experience in cannabis industry preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong people management and development skills.
• Customer service expertise with supervision of retail staff and cash handling.
• Familiarity with HR systems, timesheets, time clocks, and POS.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to the dispensary team.
• Ensure daily operations meet performance metrics and customer expectations.
• Oversee product merchandising and store layout.
• Develop staff schedules to meet business needs and service goals.
• Monitor supply chain to optimize product availability and reduce stockouts.
• Ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations; maintain records.
• Train and mentor staff; conduct performance evaluations; manage budgets and financial KPIs.
